Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, flinneso a was held on the
23rd day of Octohar , 19_N-. The following members were
present: Mkvor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neilg, S ihnld and Spapth
The follcyding members were absent. None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and _
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78-696
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENT FOR AMERIK FIRST ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition for improvements from the owner of
the property preliminary platted as Amerik First Addition.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t 'and upon vote being taken t'ereon, the
following vote i'n favor thereof: Moor Hnnt_ Gouncilmemhers Hoyt. Nails
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
