CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 16th day of October , 1978. The follow-
ing members were present: Mayor Hunter Counci mem ers Hoyt; Neils and Spaeth

lution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-691
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTI14G THE MAYOR AND CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER AN ORDER WITH RESPECT TO A
HAZARDOUS AND DANGEROUS BUILDING AT 2351
JONQUIL LANE, PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the Building Official of the City of Plymouth has made a
written report to the Council relative to the condition of the
structure at 2351 Jonquil Lane, Plymouth, Minnesota, which struc-
ture is deemed by said Building Official to be in a hazardous and
dangerous condition, and
WHEREAS, in said report said Building Official has recommended that
proceedings be commenced for the correction, razing or removal of
said structure pursuant to applicable statutes of the State of
Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, said report has been examined and considered by the City
Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and City Manager of the City of Plymouth are
authorized and directed to enter an Order directed to the
owner of the premises at 2351 Jonquil Lane, Plymouth, Minne-
sota, and to all lien holders of record which Order shall
direct owner and lien holders to correct, raze or remove the
building thereon.
2. The City Attorney is authorized and directed to cause said Order
to be served upon the owners of record of said building, or their
agents, upon any occupants therein and to proceed with the enforce-
ment of said Order al_ as provided in §6463.12 - 463.26, Minnesota
Statutes.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Hoyv�t� and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
