Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of October , 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Huntounce members Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution app+
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78 -685
DEFERMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth is the official governing
body of the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the deferral of assessments
should be granted to any person otherwise qualified who shall make proper
application claiming that: the homestead parcel does not exceed one (1)
acre in size and that his/her total gross household income did not exceed
eight thousand dollars ($8,000) for the previous calendar year. Income shall
be determined in accordance with State Form M-1PR and therefore, constitutes
a qualified hardship, provided that claimant has not signed a petition for
said improvement;
WHEREAS, the City has received proper application for deferral of special
assessments and based on the information submitted deemed the applicants
eligible for deferment on the special assessments levied for the year 1979;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
1. Special assessments levied in the amount of $1,118.18 for collection in the
year 1979 on Plat 44660 Parcel 4015 are deferred.
2. Special assessments levied in the amount of $1,114.76 for collection in the
year 1979 on Plat 44660 Parcel 6047 are deferred.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
