Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasle on�tle

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved ts adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78 -684
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH MOEN AND PENTTILA FOR 1978 AUDITING SERVICES.
WHEREAS, State Law requires municipal corporations to undergo a comprehensive
financial audit each year, and
WHEREAS, Moen and Penttila, Certified Public Accountants, have capably
provided such services to the City in the past, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into an agreement for 1978 services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Mayor and City Manager
to enter into an agreement dated October 16, 1978, with Moen and Penttila
for 1978 audit services, and
FURTHER, the costs related to audit services to be expended from the various
appropriated amounts in relation to actual hours expended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cguncilmember'and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
