Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nesota was held on the
16th day of October 19 78. The following members were
present: _Ma --or Hur.c Councilmembers Hoyt, NeTs and Spaeth
The following mem ers were absent: Coundimember SeiDola
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-682
ORDERING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FOR
DUNKIRK LANE, GLEASON LAKE AND KREATZ LAKE DRAINAGE AREA
WHEREAS the City Council has been presented with petitions from property owners in
the area of 24th Avenue and Dunkirk Lane concerning crainage problems in the area,
and
WHEREAS there are houses constructed in the area that are in conflict with the
City's adopted Storm Water Drainage Plan, and
WHEREAS there is a need to further analyze the system with regard to any chances in
the proposed plan
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that
1) The City Council orders a Preliminary Engineerinc Report to be prepared
that will analyze the trunk storm sewer system from Gleason Lake to the
upper reaches of the drainage basin, including ponds P-2, P-3, P-4, P-5
and P-6.
2) The preparation of the Preliminary Report is referred to Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to
report to the Council at all convenient speed, advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether any changes or modifications are needed in
the Storm Water Drainage Plan and the estimated cost of the improvements
as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Ma or Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
