Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th_ day of Ortnhpr 191jL. The following members were

The following members were absent: Councilmemher Spihnld
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-681
CANCELING LEVY NO. 7071 FOR PROJECT NO. 849
WIND RIDGE AT BASS LAKE (A-755)
WHEREAS, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc. has requested an amendment to the final
plat and development contract for Wind Ridge on Bass Lake, and
WHEREAS, this request was approved on. July 17, 1978 by Resolution No. 78-433, and
WHEREAS, said amended plat does not use the existing sanitary sewer main as a
lateral
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Levy No. 7071 for Project No. 849 adopted by Resolution No. 78-234
is hereby cancelled.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
