Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heed on the
. 16th day of October 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Ho t, Neils and Spa th

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78-680
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 807
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH, PHASE III
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council, adopted May 15, 1978, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Ing. with respect
to the improvement of
Downtown Plymouth, Phase III
by installation of 9 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm
sewer, watermain, sanitary sewer and all necessary appurtenances, and said report
was received by the Council on October 16, 1978.
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area
in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953,
Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $1,479,605.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the 20th day of November, 1978, in the Council Chambers of the
City Public Works Building at 14900 23rd Avenue North at
7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and'published notice
of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken t'ereon, the
following voted kn fayor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils
and Spaeth ,

Whereupon the Resolution f a declared duly passed and adopted,
