CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 16th day of October , 1978. The following
members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilme-mber Spaeth introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-679
AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS,
PROJECT NO. 813, OAKVIEW LANE
WHEREAS, the City has undertaken Project No. 813, Oakview
Lane Improvement, which includes a water main, and
WHEREAS, in order to construct the improvement, certain
Permanent easements are required, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, proper and
expedient in the interest of the public health, convenience and
general welfare of the citizens of the City of Plymouth, for the City
to acquire said easements.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Attorney is hereby
authorized to commence condemnation proceedings for Project No. 813 for
the following described easement over the following described parcel:
Description of Parcel:
The North 100 feet of the South 1,106.5 feet of the
West 324.6 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 of Section 26, Township 118, Range 22.
. Description of Easement:
A permanent easement for utility purposes over, under,
across and through the Northerly 20 feet of the above-
described parcel.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by _ Councilmembe^ Hoyt
_, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers
Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
