move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-676
CANCELING AND REES74BLISHING PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVMENT
'ROJECT NO. 802
LARCH LANE FROM CSAH 9 TO 45TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council, adopted September 26, 1978, the
Pubic Improvement Hearing was set for the 23rd day of October, 1978, and
WHEI?EAS, proper notice was not given as required for the Public Hearing
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the Public Hearing established for October 23, 1978 be
cancelled and reestablished on November 6, 1978.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember HQvt 'and upon vote being taken t'�reon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils
and Spaeth ,
