Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of October , 19 78 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-671
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
SEVEN PONDS EAST ADDITION (A-232)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated September 19, 1977,
Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., developer of Seven Ponds East Addition, has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements
are reduced as
follows:

That the Letter of Credit, which
was previously reduced
to $97,342 by further
reduced to $70,630 to reflect the
completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted,
as of October 16, 1978, for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by
the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tollowing voted i.n fayor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
