HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-667CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of October , 1978 . The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold ttr* tom* *w* Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-667 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND MISSION HILLS PARK 3rd ADDITION (A-338) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated August 11, 19772 Mission West Development Corp., developer of Mission Hills Park 3rd Addition, has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $26,400 $ 0 Sanitary Sewer 25,600 0 Watermain 21,900 0 Storm Sewer 4,000 0 Boulevard Sod 5,000 5,000 Pond or Ditch Construction O 0 Street Signs 150 150 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 11000 1,000 Erosion Control 11000 1,000 Site Grading 11,400 G TOTALS $96,450 $7,150 That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $7,150 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of October 16, 1978, for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote i,n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Nei]s and S aeth e following voted against orabstained; None , Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
