Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th -day of �Octnhar , 19�. The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78-665
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ENDURANCE MACHINE COMPANY FOR AUTOMOTIVE
TRANSMISSION REPAIR IN EXISTING BUILDING AT 3515 COUNTY ROAD 18 (A-542)
WHEREAS, Endurance Machine Company has requested a conditional use permit per
Section 8, Subdivision 2 of the Zoning Ordinance to operate an automotive trans-
mission repair shop at 3515 County Road 18; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended its
approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does, approve the request of Endurance Machine
Company for a conditional use permit to operate an automotive transmission repair
shop subject to the following conditions:
1. The conditional use permit is issued to the petitioner as operator of
the facility and is non -transferable.
2. The conditional use permit is subject to all applicable codes, ordinances
and regulations and, in violation thereof, shall be grounds for revocation,
3. A site work performance guarantee for all approved improvements for a
period of 18 months shall be submitted prior to issuance of the conditional
use permit.
4. All signs shall be in conformance with the City ordinance standards,
5. Parking and/or storage of unlicensed or inoperable vehicles shall be
prohibited except vehicles being serviced,
6. Variance approved for storage in the north and west side yards adjacent to
the building, per approved plans, provided 7' high opaque vertical board
fence with 6" x 6" posts 8' on center is installed around the areas.
7. Extend conditional use permit to include gasoline sales which shall commence
within six months or gasoline pumping island and underground storage tanks
shall be removed.
8. Landscaping -- Alpine currant hedge on north and east, 18" on center, 12" -
