Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a requlRr meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

APPROVING REVISED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR 0 TSIDE
STORAGE AT NORTHWEST CORNER OF CHESHIRE LANE AND 21ST AVENUE NORTH (A-708)
WHEREAS, Volp Construction Co. has requested a revised conditional use permit for
outside storage at Northwest Corner of Cheshire Lane and 21st Avenue North as
originally approved by Resolution No. 77-14; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended its
approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does, approve the request of Volp Construction
Co. for revision of conditional use permit for outside storage (originally approved
by Resolution No. 77-14) subject to the following conditions:
I. Storage area shall be paved and limited to 7,500 sq. ft. noted on the
A-708 site plan of August 18, 1978.
2. Storage area shall be screened on south and west by 8' evergreen trees
20' on center. Siding shall be included on all fencing so as to effect
an opaque effect for the screening.
3. Storage of cranes or construction trailer offices shall be prohibited.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
