CITY OF PLYMOUTH i Pursuant to due tell and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a don tTe 16th day of October , 1978 . The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils and Spaeth The following members were absent: _Councilmember Seihold —"O cilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and mo- v�adoption: RESOLUTION 78-663 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION CO. AT NORTHWEST CORNER OF CHESHIRE LAND AND 21ST AVENUE NORTH (A-708) WHEREAS, Volp Construction Co. has requested approval of a site Plan for an approximate 16,000 sq. ft. addition to the office warehouse at the northwest corner of Cheshire Lane and 21st Avenue North, per plan dated August 18, 1978; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does,approve the request of Volp Construction Co. for site plan approval of an addition to the office warehouse at the northwest corner of Cheshire Lane and 21st Avenue North subject to the following conditions: 1. No outdoor storage approved by this site plan action. 2. All storage of waste and waste containers to be within the structure. 3. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum for this project. 4. Provision of site improvements performance security of 150% of the cost of said improvements for an 18 -month period to include Phase I and Phase II. 5. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $978.00 (1.15 acre x $850.00 per acre) prior to building permit issuance. 6. Dedication of sufficient right-of-way at the east end of 21st Avenue, coupled with a proposed vacation of Cheshire Lane right-of-way on east extending to the north, to achieve a cul-de-sac as recommended by the City Engineer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n avor thereof; _Mayor Hunt, Councilmemembers Hoyt_ Neils and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained; None Thereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and nd adopte
