Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-654
LEVYING TAXES IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,768,442
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the operating budgets for the period
commencing January 1, 1979 and certain monies to finance said budgets are
required to be raised from taxes on taxable property in the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following sums of money be raised by tax on taxable property
in the City of Plymouth for the year 1979 as set out in the adopted 1979 City
budgets:
General Purpose . . . . $1,646,199.00
(Including cost differential for
liability insurance over base year)
Shade Tree Disease Control. . . . . . . 111,841.00
Housing 8 Redevelopment Authority . . . 10,402.00
TOTAL $1,768,442.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
