Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a speciate meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of October 191. The following members were
present: _-Mayor Hunt. Council tubers Ho- Neils, Seihold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
gg� er Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-653
ADOPTING 1979 EQUIPMENT FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and revised the proposed Equipment Fund
budget prepared by the City Manager for the Equipment Fund for the fisal year
commencing January 1, 1979, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to the proposed budget was held on
October 2, 1978, at which time the public had the opportunity to comment upon
the proposed budget, and
WHEREAS, this Council has considered the comments made at the public hearing
and further reviewed the proposed budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Equipment Fund budget is hereby approved in the amount of
$462,453.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
