Councilmeriber Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moven M adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-652
ADOPTING 1979 SHADE TREE DISEASE CONTROL FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and revised the proposed Shade Tree Disease
Control budget prepared by the City Manager for the fiscal year commencing
January 1, 1979, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to the proposed budget was held on
October 2, 1978, at which time the public had the opportunity to comment upon
the proposed budget, and
WHEREAS, this Council has considered the comments made at the public hearing
and further reviewed the proposed budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Shade Tree Disease Control Fund budget is hereby approved in
the amount of $223,263.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded bj+
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof*. Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt ani Neils.
