Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minsenota was held oe tFe
3rd day of October , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils. Seibold and $aaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-647
MENDING ASSESSNEN'T ROLLS
PROJECT NO. 705 - QUEENSLAND/GREENDALE AREA
WHEREAS. pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by lar, the City Council
held a Public Hearing on October i, 1978 on the assessments for Project 705,
Queensland/Greendale Area,
WHEREAS, as a result of this Public Hearing cettain technical errors were discovered
in the assessment rolls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYEM, MINNESOTA,
that the assessment rolls be correced as follows;

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote In favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained; None ,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pmed and adopted.
