Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of October , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor un Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were a sent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 643
APPROVAL OF TAYICAB DRIVERS LICENSE AND TAXI VEHICLE LICENSE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has received a Taxicab Drivers License application
and a Taxi Vehicle application, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 8, of
the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that John Mahoney be granted a Taxicab Drivers License
for a period to expire December 31, 1978, and driving a 1975 Chevrolet,
Serial No. 11-3%5J20°,__, License No. CSH 404 Plymouth Decal No. 273 for
Hay Enterprises, Inc., Radio Cab Company.
The motion for the odoption of the foregoing Resolution wds duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
