RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 642
REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEIT PARCELS
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, has received from
the County of Hennepin a list of land within its corporate limits which have
become the property of the State of Minnesota for nonpayment of 1971 real estate
taxes, which list has been designated as Classification List No. 654 -NC, and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in such list has heretofore been classified
by the Board of County Commmissioners of Hennepin County. Minneosta as nonconserva-
tiona land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by the said Board
of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, that said classification
by said Board of Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said list as
nonconservationa land be and the same is hereby approved.
FURTHER, that certain parcels in said list be conveyed pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes 282 for public use as hereinafter listed:
