moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-641
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC SALE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEIT
PARCELS FOR NON-PAYMENT OF 1971 REAL ESTATE TAXES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota has received from
the County of Hennepin a list of lands in said municipality which become the
property of the State of Minnesota for non-payment of 1971 real estate taxes,
which said list has been designated as Classification List No. 654, and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been clas-
sified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota as
non -conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by
said Board of County Commissioners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification
by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described by plat
and parcel number as hereinafter listed as non -conservation land be and the same
is hereby approved, and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and the same
is hereby approved for:
