Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION 78- 637
APPROVING RENEWAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CAROL H. FOLKESTAD TO OPERATE
NURSERY SCHOOL/DAY CARE CENTER FROM HER HOME (A-631)
WHEREAS, Carol H. Folkestad has requested renewal of a conditional use permit
with amended conditions for her nursery school/day care center operated from her
home at 15705 Sixth Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does, renew the conditional use permit for
Carol H. Folkestad to operate a nursery school/day care center at 15705 Sixth
Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
1. No outdoor signs be permitted.
2. Permit be for one year.
3. All applicable fire codes be complied with.
G. A current copy of the State operating license be submitted to the City.
5. Parents be required to accompany children to and from the classroom except for
those kindergarten children who may be transported by bus.
