Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, t9innesota was held on the
2nd day of October 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor un ounce ]members Hoyt, Neils,_ Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: —None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-631
AMENDING ASSESSMENT ROLLS
PROJECT NO. 116 - PINETREE POND STORM SEWER
PROJECT NO. 506 - T.H. 101/C0. RD. 6
PROJECT NO. 605-001 - CO. RD. 6 AND FERNDALE RD. WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the City Council
held a Public Hearing on September 18, 1978 on.the ass4ssments for the following
projects:
Project No. 116 - Pinetree Pond Storm Sewer
Project No. 506 - T.H. 101/Co. Rd. 6
Project No. 605-001 - Co. Rd. 6 and Ferndale Rd. Watermain,
WHEREAS, as a result of this Public Hearing certain technical errors w•;..c discovered
in the assessment rolls,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that the assessment rolls be corrected as follows;

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Spaeth , and upon vote being *aken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa!i-,;@d and adopted,
