R ESOLUTION A PPROVING L AWFUL G AMBLING A PPLICATION OF
P LYMOUTH L IONS AT
L UCE L INE B REWING C OMPANY, 12901 16 TH A VENUE N ORTH, S UITE 101
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Lions has submitted a premise permit application and lease agreement to
conduct lawful gambling at Luce Line Brewing Company, 12901 16th Avenue North, Suite 101; and
WHEREAS, this organization and the location meet the requirements of Section 1105 of the Plymouth
City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the lawful gambling application of Plymouth Lions at Luce Line Brewing Company, 12901
16th Avenue North, Suite 101 is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of November, 2020.
