R ESOLUTION A PPOINTING J ULIE P OINTNER
TO THE P LANNING C OMMISSION
WHEREAS, Julie Jones, who serves as the Ward 4 representative on the Planning Commission, has
submitted her letter of resignation on November 5, 2020 which is effective immediately; and
WHEREAS, Julie M. Pointner who is a resident of Ward 4 has made application to serve on the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed her application and has recommended she be appointed to
the Planning Commission effective immediately with her term to expire January 31, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Julie M. Pointner is appointed to the Ward 4 seat on the Planning Commission effective
immediately with her term to expire January 31, 2024.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of November, 2020.
