R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-304
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING I NSTALLATION OF “N O P ARKING”
R ESTRICTIONS FOR R OADWAYS WITHIN THE R ESERVE AND THE
R ESERVE S ECOND A DDITION D EVELOPMENTS
WHEREAS, the sight distance is limited for traffic exiting the driveways of properties on the west
side of 54th Avenue North and Dallas Lane North with parked vehicles obstructing their view; and
WHEREAS, to provide for the orderly movement of traffic and provide for the safety of the
public, staff has recommended that “No Parking” signage be placed at certain locations in the Reserve
and Reserve Second Addition Developments.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the installation of “No Parking” signage is authorized on the west side of 54th Avenue
North and Dallas Lane North from 53rd Avenue North to Cheshire Parkway.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of November, 2020.
