Special Council Meeting
October 22, 2020
Mayor Wosje called a Joint Meeting with Housing and Redevelopment Authority and Plymouth City
Council to order at 5:00 p.m. on October 22, 2020. This meeting was held remotely per State Statute
13D.021.
COUNCIL PRESENT. Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Carroll, McGregor, Roehl, Davis, and Prom.
ABSENT: None.
HRA PRESENT: Chair Soderberg, Commissioners Larson, Kulaszewicz, Huddleston, and Whitfield.
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Administrative Services Director Hokkanen, Community
Development Director Juetten, Housing Manager Barnes, Community Development Coordinator Lupini,
and Economic Development Manager Parr.
HRA Strategic Plan
Discussion was held on the HRA Strategic Plan. No action was taken.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:45 p.m.
