Special Council Meeting
November 10, 2020
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on November 10, 2020.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Carroll, McGregor, Roehl, Davis, and Prom.
(Councilmembers Willis, Roehl, and Prom participated remotely per State Statute 13D.021).
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT. City Manager Callister, Administrative Services Director Hokkanen, Community
Development Director Juetten, Deputy Director of Park and Recreation Northway, Public Safety Director
Goldstein, Deputy Police Chief Fadden, City Engineer LaBounty, Public Works Director Thompson,
Economic Development Manager Parr, and City Clerk Engdahl.
Review of Board and Commission Applications
A discussion was held on potential vacancies on the boards and commissions as well as term limits.
Council directed staff to prepare a resolution appointing Julie M. Pointner to the Ward 4 seat on the
Planning Commission for the November 24 meeting.
Council selected three applicants to interview for the Park and Recreation Advisory Committee and
directed staff to schedule interviews starting at 5:15 p.m. on December 1.
Future Study Sessions
Council scheduled a study session on January 12, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. to discuss chickens and bees.
Adiournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 5:49 p.m.
