Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special
meeting of the City Council of the City of P ymouthM nnesota, was
held on the 26th day of September 1918The following

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-620
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER AN ORDER WITH RESPECT TO A
HAZARDOUS AND DANGEROUS BUILDING AT 1265
RINGSVIEW LANE, PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the Building Official of the City of Plymouth has made a
written report to the Council relative to the condition of the
structure at 1265 Ringsview Lane, Plymouth, Minnesota, which
structure is deemed by said Building Official to be in a hazardous
and dangerous conditions, and
WHEREAS, in said repor, 'aid Building Official has recommended that
proceedings be commence_ for the correction, razing or removal of
said structure pursuant to applicable statutes of the State of
Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, said report has been examined and considered by the City
Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor ana city Ma. ager of the City of Plymouth are
authorized and directed `o enter an Order directed to the
owner of the premises at 1265 Kine—view Lane, Plymouth, Minne-
sota, and to all lien holders of record which Order shall direct
owner and lien holders to correct, raze or remove the building
thereon.
2. The City Attorney is authorized and directed to cause said Order
to be served upon the owners of record of said building, or their
agents, upon any occupants therein and to proceed with the enforce-
ment of said Order all as provided in 55463.12 - 463.26, Minnesota
Statutes.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Cound member Seaeth , and upon vote being

taken thereon,e following leo ing voted inti thereof: Mayor Hunt,
mbers Hoyt. Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.
