Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was d on the
26th day of September, 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 611
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 802
LARCH LANE FROM CSAH 9 TO 45TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council, adopted October 17, 1977, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc, with respect
to the improvement of
Larch Lane from CSAH 9 to 45th Avenue
by .installation of 9 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb, gutter and storm
sewer, and all necessary appurtenances, and said report was received by the Council
on Feptember 26 1978.
IVNOW, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street
in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953,
Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $347.144.17
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the 23rd day of October, 1978, in the Council Chambers of the
City Public Works Building at 14900 23rd Avenue North at
7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice
df such hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coupcilmembgr Selbold , and upon vote being taken Ve reon, the
following vote i.n fayor thereof; Mayor Hunt. Councilmerrbers Hoyt,
Seibold and Spaeth
the following voted against or abstained; Npne
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paised and adopted,
