Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78- 607
APPROVING LANDSCAPE LETTER OF CREDIT REDUCTION FOR PREST EQUIPMENT COMPANY SITE
AT 2500 NORTH FERNBROOK LANE (A-734)
WHEREAS, Prest Equipment Company has completed a substantial Portion of the land-
scaping as per the approved landscape plan approved by Council resolution 77-295;
and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected said completed portion of the landscaping
and recommends a reduction of the landscape letter of credit to reflect the com-
pleted work at the site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Prest Equipment
. Company for a reduction of their landscape letter of credit covering site improve-
ments at 2500 North Fernbrook Lane from $5,000.00 to $3,000.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
