Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION #78- 606
APPROVING OF LANDSCAPE BOND REDUCTION FOR STEENBERG STRUCTURES BUILDING, SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF WATER TOWER CIRCLE, XENIUM LANE (A-709)
WHEREAS, Steenberg Structures Building has completed a substantial portion of the
landscaping as per the approved landscape plan approved by Council resolution 77-11;
and
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the said completed portion of the landscaping
and recommends a reduction of the landscape bonds to reflect the completed work
at the site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Steenberg Structures
Building for approval of landscape bond reduction from $25,000 to $5,000.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt. Nails
Seibold
