Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the
26thy Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was�on the
daffy of September , 19 78 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Seibold and Spaeth
The follow ng me ers were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78- 603
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR MEDICINE LAKE ESTATES 2ND ADDITION FOR RICHARD SMITH
(A-723)
WHEREAS, Richard Smith has requested approval of a preliminary plat for Medicine
Lake Estates 2nd Addition, consisting of a re -'plat of Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8 of
Medicine Lake Estates and of Lots 10, 11, 12, and 13; Block 1, Creekwood Heights; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recop-mended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Richard Smith
for preliminary plat approval of Medicine Lake Estates 2nd Addition subject to the
following conditions:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Dedication of a Stormwater Drainage Easement to the City for all plat
area below elevation 930 feet, to satisfy the requirements established
with the approval of Medicine Lake Estates Platting. No abatement of
area charges shall be considered.
3. Final plat s1hall include all of Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8 of Medicine Lake Estates
and of Luts 10, 11, 12, and 13; Block 1, Creekwood Heights.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and uon vote being taken thereon, the
0 ow ng vote n favor thereof: Mfyor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Seibold and Spaeth
The follrwing vote against orabstained; o e
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
