Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on t e
. 18th day of September , 1978 . The following members were
present: Actinq Mayor Spaeth. Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils and Seibald

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 600
APPROVING AUTOMOBILE DEALER LICENSE
WHEREAS, R. W. Watlov, dba, Baldwin Cheyrolet, Inc., has submitted an
application for Automobile Dealer License for new and used car sales to
the City Council for approval, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 18,
Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that the application for Automobile Dealer License for new
and used car sales of R. E. Watlov, dba, Baldwin Chevrolet, Inc. at
. 9825 - 56th Avenue North be approved for a period ending April 30, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Hoyt, Neils and Seibold
