The following members were present: Acti g Mayor �naeth. Councilmembers Nei, Hoyt and Seibold The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt Councilmember SEibold introduced the following Resolution and moved s adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78- 592 APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PROJECT NO. 806 AND PROJECT NO. 809 (EXCEPT PINEVIEW LANE AREA SOUTH OF 58TH AVE.) WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution adopted by the City Council on July 17, 1978, the consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 6 Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and specifications for the improvements to the Pineview Lane Area north of 58th Avenue by the installation of sanitary sewer lateral and trunk facilities, water - main laterals and trunk facilities, and all necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution adopted by the City Council on July 17, 1978, the consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik $ Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and specifications for the improvements to the Pike Lake Area by the installa- tion of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, 7 -tan bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities, and all necessary appurtenances. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be insterted in the official paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for three days; shall specify the work to be done,; shall state that bids will be received by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m. C.D.S.T. on Friday, October 13, 1978 at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works building at 14900 - 23rd Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City Manager, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five percent of the amount of such bid. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mor Spaeth, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Seibold The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. *•: www www
