Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a � reaul ar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e
18th day of September , 19 78 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Spaeth and Seibold
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaet` introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 590
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - NATHAN TRAILS
ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 28, 1978, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of the Nathan Trails Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council on September 18, 1978,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted August 28, 1978. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the
Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�ntjorilmembqr Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
