Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a�L meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, t9innesota was held on the
1018th day of September , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Spaeth Seibold. Neils & Hoyt
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 589
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING --BURL OAKS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted May 22, 1978, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improve-
ment of the Buri Oaks Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street
lights and this report was received by the Council on September 18, 1978.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposes' in the Council resolution
adopted May 22, 1978. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the
Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken t'ereon. the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa55ed and adopted.
