Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
18th day of September 1978 . The following members were
present. Mayor unt, ounce members oyt,�eils, Seibold and Spaeth
The followi.na members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
movecT its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 588
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENT TO MEDINA ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from the owners of the property
preliminary platted by Volp Const. and 'Dern Isham which includes Medina
Road from Niagara Lane to Vicksburg Lane.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the
Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether
it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken t'ereon, the
0 ow ng vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
