Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t 18th day of
September 19 78. The following members were present: Mayor
CQuncilmembers Neils, Ho_vttand Seibold and Spaeth

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:

APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CON`_OLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR WILSON'ROBINSON
(A-852)
WHEREAS, Wilson Robinson, 335 North Quaker Lane, Plymouth, Minnesota has requested
a division and consolidation of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following consolidation and
division, and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation and divisions
are approved by Hennepin County:

44230 400, 500, 600 4, 5, 6
44470 300, 600 1, 2
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
6LOCK ADDITION
1 Ivanhoe Woods
1 Pheasant Hills
Lot 1, Block 1, Pheasant Hills Addition, according to recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, which lies Southwesterly of the Southwest Right -of -Way line of
Trunk Highway 55 as described in amended width order No. 33744.
And
That part of Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Ivanhoe Woods, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows:
The East 60 feet of said Lot 4, as measured at a right angle to and parallel
with the East line of said Lot 4.
Also the East 60 feet of said Lot 5, as measured at a right angle to and
parallel with the East line of said Lot 5, --which lies Northerly of the
Westerly prolongation of the North line of Lot 2, Block 1, Pheasant Hills
Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof,

The East 60 feet of said Lot 6, as measured at a right angle to and parallel
with the East line of said Lot 6.
Also the East 60 feet of said Lot 5, as measured at a right angle to and.
parallel with the East line of said Lot 5, which lies Southerly of the
Westerly prolongation of the North line of Lot 2, Block 1, Pheasant Hills
Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

That part of Lot 6, Block 1, Ivanhoe Woods, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies West of the East 60 feet of said Lot 6, as
measured at a right angle to and parallel with the East line of said Lot 6.

Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies West of the East 60 feet of said Lot 5, as
measured at a right angle to and parallel with the East line of said Lot 5.

That part of Lot 4, Block 1, Ivanhne Woods, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies West of the East 60 feet of said Lot 4, as
measured at'a right angle to and parallel with the East line of said Lot 4.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
