Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesotanesota was held on the
18th day of September , 19 78 . The following members were

introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION 78- 584
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OFFICE AND OUTSIDE STORAGE USES FOR P.S.C.-
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES GROUP AT 825 COUNTY ROAD 18 (A-768)
WHEREAS, P.S.C.-Professional Servises Group, Inc. has requested a conditional
use permit for office and outside storage uses, 825 County Road 18; and,
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of P.S.C.-Professional
Services Group for conditional use permit approval of office and outside storage
uses at 825 County Road 18 subject to the following conditions:
1. The conditional use permit is issued to the petitioner and is non -trans-
ferable.
2. The conditional use permit shall be subject to all codes and ordinances,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
3. Outside storage of non -passenger vehicles and related equipment shall
be limited to the areas indicated on the approved plans, provided, however,
that there shall be no encroachment beyond the approved paving limits and
designated parking stalls.
4. Outside storage shall consist of only :.iobile equipment (self-propelled
or towable).
The motion for the adoption of the forego?ng Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo ; Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Seibold
