Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on
. 18th day of September , 1978 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Counc_7m_embers Hoyt, ;4eils and Seibold

CouncilmeMber Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its aaoption:
RESOLUTION 78- 581
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FINAL PLAT FILING FOR ROBERT MInDLEMIsi 5TH
ADDITION FOR MIDDLEMIST, INCORPORATED (A-735)
WHEREAS. the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
Robert Middlemist 5th Addition as requested by Middlemist, Incorporated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to the
recording of said plat;
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of Park Dedication Fees -in -lieu of $3,850.00 (14 units X $275.00
per unit).
3. Dedication of Stormwater Drainage Easements over Lost Lake at and below
elevation 938.
4. Written certification by a registered engineer that all Lots meet or
exceed ordinance minimum area requirements.
5. Manholes shall be blacktopped 1 ft. out for every 1/2 in. up and to
maintain them in this condition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote beingtaken thereon. the
following vote n favor thereof; Acting Mayor Spath, Councilmembers Neils,
Hoyt and Seibold
