Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting pf
the City Council of the Cit of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
18th day of Septem�er 1978The following members were

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adopt on:
RESOLUTION 78- 580
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR ROBERT MIDDLEMIST 5TH ADDITION
FOR MIDDLEMIST, INCORPORATED (A-735)
WHEREAS, Middlemist, Incorporated requested approval of the final plat for
Robert Middlemist 5th Addition, a plat for Single -Family Residential Development
consisting of 14 Lots, located at the Southeast Corner of County Road 9 and
Ximines Lane, and a development contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Middlemist,
Incorporated for final plat approval of Robert Middlemist 5th Addition, a plat for
Single -Family Residential Development consisting of 14 Lots, located at the South-
east Corner of County Road 9 and Ximines Lane;
FURTHER, that the development contract for such plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The muttoonn for the, doption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cound member Nems , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Actina Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers Hoyt,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
