Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was e d on tie
5th day of September_ , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmemberc, Hoyt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move t; adoption:
RESOLUTION #78- 577
APPROVING RELEASE OF LANDSCAPE BOND FOR NORTHWESTERN BELL - PLYMOUTH OFFICE
(A-406)
WHEREAT , Northwestern Bell has completed the Tandscaping as per the plans approved
by City Council Resolution #74-268; and,
kHEREAS, the City Staff has inspected said landscaping and recommends the release
of the landscape bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the release of the landscape
bond for Northwestern Bell in the amount of $65,000 for improvements at 9700 -
49th Avenue North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing tesolution wds duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof'. Mayor hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
Spaeth and Seibold
