The following members were present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Neils Hot Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None gNilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and move its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 569 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT 713 - JONQUIL LANE WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the council on September 5 , 1978. the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the following improvements: Jonquil Lane from 26th Avenue North to West Medicine Lake Road by the construction of bituminous surface, sanitary sewer and watermain and all necessary appurtenances, AND WHEREAS, the clerk, has notified the council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspec- tion, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 2nd day of October 1978 in the City Council Chambers of the Public Works Building, at 14900 23rd Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota, at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning pro- perty affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assess- ment roll. The motion for the adoption of the fo-agoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or a s a ne ; None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paiwd and adopted,
