Soaeth and Seibold The following members were absent: None gg5ilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and rits adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 566 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT 704 - KREATZ HIGHVIEW ACRES 6th WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 5 , 1978, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following improvements: Fountain Lane from 18th Avenue to the cul-de-sac approximately 625 feet north thereof and from Dunkirk Lane to Fountain Lane at 19th Avenue by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous street restoration and all necessary appurtenances. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 2nd day of October, 1978 , at the City Council Chambers of the Public Works Building, 11900 23rd Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota, at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
