Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-564
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED
AND ORDERING: PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
FOR THE DELINQUENT SANITARY SEWER SERVICE CHARGES
AND DELINQUENT WATER SERVICE CHARGES
WHEREAS, Pursuant to the provisions of Section 444.075 M.S.A. and Chapter VIII,
Section 8.02 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, a determination
has been made that certain charges for sanitary sewer and water service have not
been paid as provided by law, and the total amount of such delinquent charges
including incidental expenses incurred is in the amount of $55,448.4Cand of this
cost the City will pay 0.00 as its share of the cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
le I. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $55,448.46
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, niece or parcel of land within the district
affected without regard to cash valuation as provided by law, and the Clerk
shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the Clerk's office for
public inspection.
3. The Cleric shall, upon the completion of such proposed �_sessment, notify
the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
. Councilmember Neilsand upon vote being taken t'ereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
Seibold and Spaeth ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
