The following members were present: Mayor ount. Councilmembers Hot 'Neils Spaeth and Seibold The following members were absent: None introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-561 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT 718 - TIMBER CREEK WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of: Lots 7 and 36, parcel 1553; Lot 8, parcel 1700; Lot 9, parcel 1900, Auditors Subdivision 333, Plat 43740, (proposed Timber Creek Addition), by the install- ation of sanitary sewer, watermain, streets and concrete curb and gutter, and storm drainage facilities including the completion of Pilgrim Lane (platted) as it abuts said property, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 162,276.00 , and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 33 361.00 , so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 195.637.00 ; and o t if—mss cost the City will pay $ 0.00 as its share of the cost, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 195,637.00 2. It is further determined that the following charges for water trunk main, pumping and storage facilities and sanitary sewer trunk facilities, lift station, etc., for the above referenced project shall be applied to the existing land use zoning. Fater Area Residential $300.00 per 1/2 acre lot or $600.00 per acre Sanitary Sewer Area Residential $300.00 per 1/2 acre lot or $600.00 per acre 3. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the Clerk for public inspection. 4. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo e n favor thereof-, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, 1bSeibold and Spaeth 79751lowing voted against orabstained; one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe ;and adopted,
