Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council �of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of September , 19 78. The following members were present: Mayor FuntT ounct meT mbers Hoyt, ff-eilsSeibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved Its a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 78-560 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT 714 - COUNTY ROAD 15 WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of County Road 15 between Niagara Lane and approximately 600 feet west thereof by the construction of sanitary sewer main, services. restoration and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 21 797.00 , and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 25,891.00 and t s cost the city will pay $ 9,215,80 as its share of the cost, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 16,675.20 . 2. The city clerk, with the assistance of the city engineer shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of th lerk for public inspection. 3. The clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assess- ment, notify the council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon. the ollowlng voted n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, eibol and Spaeth , The fdllowing voted against -or a s a ne one , Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
