Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
. 5th day of September , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hovt Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption -

APPF,OVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR
ALLAN HATFIELD (A-791)
WHEREAS, Allan Hatfield, 1405 Urbandale Lane, Wayzata, has requested a consoli-
dation of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following
consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County:
. The East 38 feet of Lot 32, all of Lot 31 and all of adjoining vacated
Lancaster Lane, all in Plymouth Gardens, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The nation for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
