The following member, were present:yor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #78- 552 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR RICHARD LARSEN FOR HANUS BUS CO. AT 15625, 31ST AVENUE NORTH (A-845) WHEREAS, Hanus Bus Co. has requested approval of a site plan For a building addition of 5,290 sq. ft. to the existing bus storage facility of the Hanus Bus Company at 15625 31st Avenue North, per plans dated Augu--;t 23, 1978. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Hanus Bus Co. for site plan approval of building addition to be located at 15625 31st Avenue North per plans dated August 23, 1978 subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the provisions of the Engineer's Memorandum. 2. The term of the required performance guarantee for exterior improvements shall be 18 months. 3. Building and yard setback requirements for driving and parking areas shall be in compliance with approved plans. 4. Outside storage of materials, vehicles (exclusive of employee and customer parking) waste materials, and waste containers is prohibited. 5. Trees shall be 2h in. caliper and the 3 trees on the south half of the lot shall be placed around the perimeter of the lot. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote ; n favor thereof'.
